Ginger lived life to the fullest. She spent her days ruling the roost - telling us when it was time to serve dinner, indicating her unhappiness at us walking out the door without her, and sharing her thoughts quite vocally with the dogs next door. While never a mother herself, she thoroughly enjoyed the company of Buffy's pups, especially the two that we kept, TomBoy and Patriot. She alternated between putting them in their place and playing with them like she was a puppy herself. Her age was just a number to her. :) |
